Kristi Trader studied undergraduate and graduate in Organizational Leadership and Administration. As a consultant, she has 10+ years of progressive and varied experience within the industries of healthcare, education, government, technology, and personal development. Kristi’s primary skills include leadership consulting, organizational development, strategic planning, curriculum development, administration and facilitation of learning cohorts, design and implementation of performance evaluations, staff engagement surveys, and personal coaching. Kristi’s most recent community work has been focused on the facilitation of dialogue related to art, community, ecology, education, health, and spirituality. She also supports efforts to enhance the nutritional content of school food and sportsmanship within community athletic programs. Kristi is the mom of two brilliant, creative, and athletic boys; both 10 years old. One is biological; one is adopted from Liberia Africa. Her philanthropic efforts are focused on needs specific to health and well being in African countries.
